Our Black Copper Marans breeding program focuses on producing the rich, dark ggs this beautiful breed is known for, while remaining mindful of the Standard of Perfection (SOP). Our goal is to thoughtfully balance exceptional egg color with breed type, conformation, and overall quality.
Our foundation stock originates from respected breeder Frank May. We are committed to selectively improving each generation while preserving the characteristics that make Black Copper Marans so special.
Please note: Egg color naturally varies between individual hens and throughout their laying cycles. While dark egg color is a primary focus of our breeding program, specific egg shades and hatch results cannot be guaranteed.

Each Magnolia Reserve dozen is a unique assortment, selected from what our girls are laying at the time. No two dozens will be exactly alike, and that's part of the magic!
